Sales Support Specialist ($2,000 signing bonus)

Job Summary:

 

The Managed Print Services Specialist assists Sales Representatives and the Administrative Department throughout the entire Manage Print Service process, from the pre-sale analysis to the post-sale implementation. They are responsible for managing and driving Manage Print Service sales throughout their marketplace.

Essential Functions:

  1. Managed Print Services Sales Support
    1. Conduct walkthroughs of potential customer’s print environments to collect data to be used in pre-sale cost assessments.
    2. Configure cost analysis and device data for Sales Representatives to use in meetings with potential customers.
    3. Assist in the construction of spreadsheets from information obtained by Sales Representatives on all MPS assessments as needed.
    4. Conduct trainings for Sales Teams to ensure the understanding of MPS as a process and a program to sell.
    5. Work directly with Sales Managers on strategy and action plans for success in MPS Sales for each territory.
    6. Assist in Quarterly Business Reviews for current customers with walk-throughs, and/or creating current situation spreadsheets for Sales Representatives when needed.
    7. Attend meetings with potential customers with Sales Representatives throughout the sales process.

Quota/Incentives:

The MPS Specialist will help manage the quota of the Sales Teams that they support and receive a commission on the MPS transactions that are sold by the Sales Representatives. If the MPS Specialist overachieves their combined team quota, the MPS Specialist will be awarded President’s Club Trip and Sprinter Trip, respectively.
