Lease Administrator
Location: Owings Mills, MD
Type: Full Time

Job Summary:  Serve as the resident expert on all leasing matters, act as the point of contact for all sales representatives with leasing issues and questions.  Responsible for reconciling lease funding issues.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in resolving leasing issues that may be preventing funding
  • Monitor & resolve orders in the Global Search lease funding issue queue
  • Provide Lease Buyout/Upgrade/Return information to sales staff as well as all customer facing buyouts
  • Invoice sales orders, supporting billing team especially at month-end
  • Advise sales staff on all leasing policy, procedure & paperwork
  • Work with Accounts Receivable and Billing as needed for discrepancies between the equipment leasing fundings and the pass thru fundings
  • Support Logistics Team with lease return issues
  • Provide end of month reports for unpaid check requests
  • Maintain in house Rental / Lease portfolio
  • Act as a liaison between Sales Personnel, Customer and Leasing Company
  • Review leasing partner termination reports and reconcile to Centric records
  • Assist the team as needed in achieving department goals
  • Support teammates, co-workers, and customers utilizing the Centric Way
