SHARP® NAMES CENTRIC BUSINESS SYSTEMS A PLATINUM LEVEL SERVICE PROVIDER

Baltimore, MD– Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America (SIICA), a division of Sharp Electronics Corporation, announced today that it has recognized Centric Business Systems as a Platinum Level Service Provider for its high level of achievement in critical areas of service delivery. The Sharp program was designed to distinguish service organizations that not only meet, but also exceed performance benchmarks and the implementation of industry best practices in this area.

To qualify for the program and be eligible to receive the Platinum Level Service Provider Award, an organization must meet several criteria that demonstrate excellent training, education, service support, and customer satisfaction. The recognized companies must show commitment to training by having archived certification on all current models, as well as a certification in a Network discipline. In addition, the organization needs to have written service escalation processes ensuring their commit to customer satisfaction. They must also follow all preventive maintenance guidelines and practice written total call procedures to maximize mean copies between visits.

CENTRIC BUSINESS SYSTEMS AWARDED 16TH ELITE DEALER AWARD

[Baltimore, MD] - The three principles of responsiveness, communication and ownership have earned Centric Business Systems its sixteenth honor as an Elite Dealer. The industry award, offered by ENX Magazine & The Week in Imaging, is presented annually to the leading office technology, supply and servicing dealers in the United States.
 
Centric Business Systems was among many other businesses named Elite Dealers, an honor that has Rick Bastinelli, president of Centric, proud of his team. “I'm very pleased that we've been recognized for our commitment to superior products and customer service. Centric Business Systems Acquires Corrigan Manning

Centric Business Systems, a leading document management technology provider in the Mid-Atlantic region, announces the acquisition of Corrigan Manning Co., Inc. a successful office technology dealer located in the southeastern Pennsylvania region.

 

“This acquisition allows Centric to further expand our regional footprint and provide our world class service to the Philadelphia and Wilmington marketplaces” said Centric president, Rick Bastinelli. “I am extremely excited to welcome members of the Corrigan Manning team and their customers to Centric.”

 

Corrigan Manning, located in Malvern, Pennsylvania, has over 50 years’ experience in the document management industry and services more than 2,400 customers. They are an award-winning provider of hardware and software solutions in the Southeastern PA region.
